Conveyancing – Do’s and Don’ts

  • Don’t sign a contract thinking you can easily change your mind later. Contracts are legally binding and enforceable
  • Don’t sign, or even initial any document until your solicitor has seen it and explained it to you.
  • Do take the contract the salesperson prepares to us to be checked out and amended
